Customer Service Returns Agent [Position Not Available]

You are a customer service oriented professional with an attention to detail. You have a positive can-do attitude with a strong desire to be a part of team environment.


The Role

We are looking for a full-time Returns Agent to join our customer service team. The successful applicant will be responsible to process incoming returns and refunds while taking our policies into account. The goal will be to provide an "above and beyond" customer service experience while upholding the integrity of the SI brand.


Responsibilities

A summary of role responsibilities includes but are not limited to:
  • Respond to emails / inquiries (tickets) in a timely manner

  • Process returns in an as received priority

  • Perform quality inspection of returned items

  • Assist with restocking inventory as returns are processed

Qualifications
  • Previous customer service experience required

  • Professional and articulate writing skills

  • Ability to multi-task and deliver in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail oriented

  • Computer skills - Excel, Word, Outlook and internet-based programs
